We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

  • Order flood determinations and insurance review requests when needed;
  • Prepare New Loan Boarding packages for timely delivery;
  • Review New Loan Boarding delinquent reports and coordinate timely response thereto;
  • Maintain progress reports and perform follow-up assignments with respect to group projects initiated and run by the Managing Director – Closing and/or Team Leads;
  • Remit original recorded documentation to Investor/document custodian;
  • Disseminate applicable closing documents to next stage parties, e.g. closing coordinators, attorneys, borrowers, servicing, etc.;
  • Coordinate with processors to obtain, maintain, and pay vendor invoices and with closers to update and reconcile good faith accounts;
  • Coordinate with the Treasury department to monitor purchase confirmations and warehouse facilities;
  • Work with the Managing Director – Closing and Team Leads on all process improvement activities, including but not limited to, creating and maintaining process maps, policies and procedures, and job aids;
  • Retrieve, create, provide analysis (where appropriate) and distribute statistical and other reports related to the closing department;
  • Assist the closing department with business needs as they come due.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Less than 1 year of prior experience  in a similar position
