The Opportunity
Resilience Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician to join their clinical team in Walpole, MA. This is a full-time, onsite, day-shift role well suited for a clinician who is comfortable providing both individual and group therapy in a structured treatment setting and is committed to delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual and group therapy within a structured clinical treatment setting
- Apply evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care approaches throughout client work
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and treatment team members to support positive outcomes
Requirements
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT) or license-eligible status
- 1-2 years of experience providing individual and group therapy in a structured treatment setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care
- Excellent clinical documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Benefits
Schedule and Compensation
- Schedule: Full-time, onsite, days
- Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
