Clinical Territory Manager -Infection Prevention IV site management (Victoria- Melbourne based)

Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and support for specified healthcare territory.
• Ensures sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directives. Work effectively with multiple stakeholders to maintain and grow business.
• Develops a deep knowledge of the solutions offered by Solventum Medical Surgical Division and how they can be applied in clinical settings
• Conduct professional and impactful business reviews to help customers understand current trends, deliver savings opportunities, identify key initiatives, and facilitate projects that drive value to the customer and Solventum
• Complies to company policies including CRM metrics
Key Criteria (desirable):
• Sales experience within med tech industry devices or consumables preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (specialist skills in Vascular Access Device Management, infection prevention or critical care (highly regarded)
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate insights into territory growth strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to communicate clinical and commercial concepts clearly
• Positive can-do attitude, organised, and results driven.
• Values team collaboration while maintaining strong independent territory ownership
Travel: Regional territory travel required/ drivers license required.
