Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinical Support Tech to join our Pulmonary team!  Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. 


Position Summary:

This position will provide and/or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.


Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM


Required Qualifications:

  • Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
    • 2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experience
    • Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire (effective April 7, 2025; not required if hired prior to this date). 

 

  • Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: 
    • Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA). No online only courses accepted.

 

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Demonstrated organizational skills
    • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling
    • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instruction work efficiently despite interruptions and maintain a courteous and cooperative manner 
    • Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
    • Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with one or more years pharmacy technician experience or graduate of an accredited Nursing Assistant program and current Nursing Assistant Certification
