We are searching for the best talent for Clinical Support Specialist Biosense Webster (CSS) – Luxembourg, Wallonia and Brussels regions.
Purpose: Work in close collaboration with the Account Manager and oversee the commercial development of his/her territory.
You will be responsible for:
Offer clinical support to customers during procedures performed with Biosense Webster product, such as product training.
Increase Biosense Webster product penetration in the accounts, though clinical presentations of the technology, product training, regular follow-up with accounts post product introduction etc.
Optimize practitioner efficiency through optimal product usage.
Training/coaching on product usage with the goal of getting the customer independent on product usage.
Identify customer needs and position BW products to match them.
Collaborate closely with the Product Specialist.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Scientific background (Engineer degree preferred)
Track record on customer management
Willingness to use new technology
Ability to read and understand clinical publications
Fluent in French and English
Communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
