What you bring to SBHG:- Master's degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university required.
- (5) years of experience in the mental health field providing direct clinical care are required.
- (2) years of leadership experience preferred.
- Experience providing services to adults preferred.
- Experience working with county mental health is highly desired.
- Licensed as a LCSW required, plus (2) years post-licensure experience and ability to provide Clinical Supervision to BBS-registered associates.
- Valid California Driver’s License required and eligibility to meet agency driving criteria required
- Hires and trains staff to provide services to adults with varying degrees of social and emotional needs, functional impairments, resources, and supports.
- Provides ongoing training, support, supervision, and evaluation of team members’ performance. Ensures adherence to BBS requirements when providing clinical supervision to appropriate intern/associate staff. Uses in vivo supervision as appropriate.
- Supports team members, as needed, through participation at client team meetings, including Treatment Teams, Family Therapy sessions, and therapeutic groups; and in availability by phone to assist in client crisis intervention and problem resolution.
- Assumes primary clinical role for adults as assigned.
- Provides services, including individual, family, and group therapy and collateral, to youth and families, as deemed necessary and appropriate through the assessment process and in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Documents all services provided clearly and concisely within the timelines and framework established by Central Star. In collaboration with the team, complete all required reports and documentation by regulatory bodies.
- Reviews and approves all clinical documentation in and outside the electronic medical record to ensure all requirements and standards are met.
- Monthly stipend included (Cell phone / Internet)
- May utilize personal vehicle to drive to and from off-site locations to provide services. May be required to transport clients and/or family members in a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement included)
