✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Clinical Supervisor at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas

AJATC is a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, AJATC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Pay: $75,000/annually; can increase with education and experience

What you will do: As our Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in helping the Clinical team do their best work while ensuring clients receive high-quality, well-coordinated care. You’ll provide weekly supervision, offer ongoing coaching and feedback, monitor daily performance, and step in with guidance or crisis support when challenges arise. You’ll also review and approve treatment plans, audit clinical files for accuracy and compliance, and help coordinate services across the program. The Clinical Supervisor supports the growth and development of our team by tracking required training, encouraging continued learning, and creating opportunities for staff development. As a leader, you’ll be involved in hiring, performance evaluations, employee recognition, corrective action, and staff dismissals. This is an opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with strong leadership skills and make a meaningful impact on both the professionals you supervise and the clients they serve.

To be considered you should: Possess a Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work ~ Must be licensed in the state of Arkansas (LPC, LAC, LMSW, LSCW, LMFT) ~ Minimum of two years of clinical experience ~ Must have prior experience supervising staff ~ Knowledge of educational resource programs is preferred ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ meet the requirements to be an eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; hours may vary based on need.

Skills Required
