High Focus Centers, a trusted name in outpatient behavioral healthcare and a proud member of the Pyramid Healthcare family, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee our adult mental health and co-occurring programs in Center City Philadelphia.

We offer a collaborative, mission-driven environment where you can lead a passionate clinical team and help drive meaningful outcomes for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday with two evening shifts per week (until approximately 8:15 PM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of clinicians delivering outpatient and partial hospitalization (PHP) services for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.

  • Conduct clinical assessments to determine level of care and assign DSM V-TR diagnoses.

  • Guide staff in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

  • Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in case reviews.

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians.

  • Maintain a manageable caseload, as needed, to support program flow and continuity of care.

  • Support the Program Director in program development and quality assurance initiatives.

  • Perform clinical documentation reviews, including regular chart audits.

  • Respond to client crises and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

  • Ensure all programming meets licensing, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

  • Minimum 5 years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health settings.

  • At least 5 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.

  • Strong knowledge of co-occurring treatment approaches and outpatient levels of care.
