Lead regional operations for behavioral healthcare facilities, driving growth, program development, fiscal and regulatory compliance, staffing, and quality improvement. Mentor program directors, oversee budgets and accreditation, collaborate with community stakeholders, and optimize clinical protocols and performance to expand access and improve outcomes.

Provide remote case coordination for behavioral health clients: develop and monitor individualized care plans, coordinate appointments and referrals, connect clients to community resources, maintain compliant documentation, participate in treatment teams, and support recovery engagement and aftercare planning.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for an outpatient behavioral health office: greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, prepare patient charts, collect copays, manage records and petty cash, order supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance, and assist clinical and psychiatric staff with office operations.

Provide direct nursing care to patients with substance use and behavioral health needs on a 7pm–7am shift. Perform assessments, administer and monitor medications, implement withdrawal protocols (COWS, CIWA), document care in eMAR, coordinate with providers, supervise LPNs as needed, maintain clinical supplies/equipment, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Provide RN nursing care in an inpatient substance use disorder program: complete admission assessments, administer medications, educate clients, manage withdrawal per COWS/CIWA, supervise LPN duties, and coordinate with medical providers.

Perform admission, continued stay, discharge and appeals reviews for managed care clients; track ASAM and county referral requirements; maintain UR databases, insurance eligibility, census accuracy, and work with billing to reduce uncovered days and client balances. Communicate with referral sources, attend clinical staffing, and report to the Assessment Manager.

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, lab review, and discharge documentation for outpatient SUD and mental health clients. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, support clinical staff, complete peer reviews, and perform additional assigned duties to ensure high-quality, regulatory-compliant behavioral healthcare.

Provide PRN nursing care for adults in substance use and/or mental health treatment: conduct initial assessments, administer medications, perform withdrawal assessments (COWS/CIWA), support providers, maintain equipment, follow regulatory policies, and provide education and crisis support.

Executive nursing leader responsible for strategic and operational oversight of nursing services across behavioral health and substance use programs. Ensures regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, workforce planning, quality improvement, and multi-site standardization. Collect vitals, assist assessments, support nursing care plans, administer medications per supervision and regulations, document care, assist with admissions/discharges, follow safety and infection-control protocols, participate in training/mentorship, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while preparing for RN licensure.

Provide nursing care in a behavioral health facility: perform initial nursing assessments, administer medications, implement detox protocols, conduct COWS/CIWA assessments, educate clients on medications, coordinate with medical providers, maintain equipment, and supervise LPN care assignments. Must comply with screening and facility protocols.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for an adult inpatient substance use disorder program. Duties include client intake packet preparation, scheduling, filing, data entry, supply management, petty cash processing, maintaining census and logs, communicating with referral sources, and recording meeting minutes. PRN role with required weekend availability.
