Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)

Location: High Focus Centers – Center City, Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 annually

Clinical Leadership Opportunity

High Focus Centers, formerly Onward Behavioral Health and a proud member of Pyramid Healthcare, is seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to provide clinical leadership within our adult outpatient behavioral health programs in Center City Philadelphia.

This position is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys mentoring fellow therapists while remaining engaged in direct patient care. The Clinical Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services by providing supervision, supporting clinical decision-making, maintaining a small caseload, and stepping in to provide direct clinical support when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and ongoing mentorship to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations.
  • Support the clinical team by offering guidance on assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Carry a small individual therapy caseload to remain actively engaged in patient care.
  • Provide direct clinical coverage and intervention when program needs arise, ensuring continuity of care for clients.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to maintain high standards of clinical quality, compliance, and patient outcomes.
  • Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Participate in case consultations, interdisciplinary treatment planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in fostering a collaborative, supportive, and clinically excellent treatment environment.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health.
  • Previous experience providing clinical supervision or serving in a clinical leadership role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of outpatient behavioral health treatment, evidence-based practices, and clinical documentation requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for supporting clinician development.
