In this role you will be responsible for assisting the clinical/Community team (ALD, LC, Programming, Clinical, Hospitality, Regional Directors of Clinical Operations and VPQS) with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. This position also may direct the Assisted Living Program or fill in during an extended absence of an ALD.
Job DescriptionSalary Rate: $110,000/year
- Directly oversee/assist with the delivery of care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents to ensure that emotional, physical, psychological and safety needs are met through all program services and activities.
- Work with residents, families and Community to ensure that residents are at appropriate levels of care.
- Develop and/or monitor documentation systems to ensure that all regulatory timeframes for review of assessments and service plans are met and that resident needs are met.
- Review and monitor survey readiness/PSR binder and verify that the Community is in compliance.
- Complete mock surveys as indicated.
- Assess potential residents for assisted living/Memory Care level of care.
- Assist with onboarding of New ALD’s/Community Team members.
- Plan and schedule staff training programs and in-services for the Assisted Living/LC staff as indicated.
- Assist with the oversight of clinical operations of communities.
- Work closely with the operations and clinical staff within the communities.
- Ensure that the care provided to our residents exceeds operational standards and is in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Travel among multiple SLC communities is required.
- Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.

Special Certifications: Must have an active RN/LPN license. Must maintain all required CEU if indicated. Applying for Multi-State License may be required.
