The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Clinical Software Sales Rep in our Health Information Systems division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading and executing comprehensive commercialization efforts for our Autocoding solution in Belgian hospitals, including market strategy, customer engagement, and commercial follow-up
- Implementing strategies to effectively market and sell the software
- Determining customer needs and providing tailored demonstrations of the software
- Supporting customers through the implementation process and providing ongoing support
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND relevant job-related experience
- Experience in the medical field, particularly with healthcare IT solutions.
- Proven track record in sales and customer support.
- Excellent language skills in French, Dutch, and English.
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution
- A medical degree (for example that of a physician, nurse, pharmacist) is also of additional value
- Knowledge of the design and application of ICD-10-CM classification, hospital coding and DRG’s is a plus
Work location:
Hybrid: Working together with the team in our Diegem offices is required 1-2 days a week.
Travel: May include up to 60% domestic.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
