As a Behavior Services Supervisor at New Story Schools, you will lead the development and oversight of behavior plans to ensure they align with each student’s IEP. You’ll coach, guide, and support staff in implementing best practices that create safe, effective learning environments for all students.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or human services field (master’s preferred)

  • Current BCBA, BCaBA, or relevant professional license

  • Minimum two years of clinical experience providing ABA services to children with disabilities

  • Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavior support strategies

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

What You’ll Do

  • Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals

  • Collaborate with school leaders, educators, and service providers to ensure consistency between behavior plans and educational programming

  • Supervise, coach, and support staff delivering ABA services to promote high-quality and ethical practice

  • Review data and outcomes to make informed recommendations for plan updates

  • Provide training and guidance on ABA strategies, de-escalation techniques, and safe learning environment practices

Skills Required

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Valid Pennsylvania School Counseling K-12 certificate
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing clinical services to children with disabilities
