Provide scientific and technical pre- and post-sales support for medical products, plan and deliver education/training programs, develop training materials, troubleshoot and resolve issues, support major breakdowns, handle ISO documentation and reporting, and improve customer competency and satisfaction.

Requirements
- 2-3 years working in Medical Lab or Application Support
- Degree in Biomedical Sciences/ Biochemisty/ Biotech or
relevant field
- Good communication, presentation/ teaching skills
- Problem solver, team-player, resourceful, self-motivated,
task-oriented & strives for excellence
- Strong passion for healthcare technology & medicine
- Fluent in English & Bahasa
- Posses own transport and willing to travel (Nationwide when necessary)
- Full time role based in KL
Skills Required
- 2-3 years working in Medical Lab or Application Support
