Position Title: Clinical Scheduler

Location: Remote

Hours: Full-Time 

What We Do: ACES is an ABA therapy provider dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families impacted with autism and other developmental disorders. We were founded on the values of providing empathy, care and fun to our clients, and the role of a Clinical Scheduler is to be the front line of our service standards, providing a comfortable and seamless experience for our families and clinicians.

What You'll Do: Our Schedulers will work directly with our clinical team members to coordinate team members and client schedules based on provided scheduling parameters, with focusing on fulfilling utilization for both parties. You will utilize industry-leading scheduling software to ensure accuracy of client and team member schedules, while providing exceptional customer service in your daily interactions with our team members.  You will work collaboratively with a variety of departments within ACES to meet the needs of your region to influence to growth.

  • Tech-savvy; our current systems include CentralReach, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Avachato, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics 
  • Supply chain logistics experience/education strongly preferred 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

· Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 15 pounds 

· Ability to sit for long periods of time (up to 3 hours at a time) during the scheduled workday
