Job Summary:

As a Clinical Sales Representative, you will combine your clinical expertise with a strong commercial mindset to develop Masimo's presence across hospitals and private healthcare institutions within your territory.

You will build trusted relationships with clinicians, key decision-makers and healthcare stakeholders, identify new business opportunities and support customers throughout the entire sales cycle — from initial engagement and product demonstrations to clinical evaluations, implementation and ongoing education.

Working closely with the wider Sales and Clinical teams, you will play an important role in growing existing accounts, developing new business and establishing Masimo technologies as standards of care within your territory.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, private clinics, clinicians, key opinion leaders and other healthcare stakeholders across the assigned territory.
  • Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities for Masimo's portfolio of patient monitoring technologies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including account qualification, product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, negotiations, closing and post-sale follow-up.
  • Develop strategic account plans for key customers and coordinate the internal resources required to successfully execute them.
  • Provide clinical expertise and support for Masimo products, particularly within critical care environments such as Anesthesia, ICU, NICU/PICU and Emergency Care.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, customer training and educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Support hospitals in evaluating and transitioning their existing patient monitoring technologies to Masimo solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clinical bodies, key opinion leaders and research institutions within the territory.
  • Support clinical research initiatives and follow up on evaluations involving Masimo technologies.
  • Represent Masimo at congresses, trade shows, regional symposiums and other relevant clinical and commercial events.
  • Collaborate with OEM partners, distributors and internal Sales teams to support strategic opportunities and account conversions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Masimo products, clinical applications and the competitive landscape, and confidently communicate Masimo's clinical and economic value proposition.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity and provide relevant insights to regional management.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast of business opportunities within the territory.
  • Work closely with the Country Manager and wider regional team to achieve agreed clinical and commercial objectives.


    Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Degree or professional qualification in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Technology or another relevant medical/clinical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong clinical understanding of hospital environments and patient monitoring technologies.
  • Previous experience in medical devices, clinical support, clinical sales or healthcare sales.
  • Experience with patient monitoring, pulse oximetry or critical care technologies would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience working within critical care environments such as ICU, OR, NICU/PICU or Emergency Care is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clinicians, healthcare professionals and senior decision-makers.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and support complex sales processes.
  • Comfortable delivering product demonstrations, clinical training and presentations to both small and large audiences.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a geographically broad territory.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory (approximately 60%).
  • Valid driving licence.

 

The annual salary range for this role is 45.000 - 63.000 Euro. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

 

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Skills Required
