Job Summary:
- You will be responsible for Israel TMTT territory and, manages, motivates and develops Israel Field Clinical Specialists across the country to achieve financial and clinical goals. Responsibilities encompass management and coaching of the team, supporting team in direct sales activities and driving business with HCPs, Hospitals and HMOs key stakeholders.
- Manages the relationship with a defined list of large Edwards customers, looking to grow Edwards' share of wallet. Identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities within the TMTT portfolio. Works collaboratively with the THV and Surgical leaders ensuring a One Edwards approach to market.

How you will make an impact:
- Manages, coaches and motivates a team of field clinical specialist to ensure achievement of sales targets within assigned hospitals utilizing in-depth understanding of structural heart market dynamics. Takes responsibility to develop his team.
- Promotes and grows portfolio footprint in repair and replacement in the Mitral and Tricuspid space directly to current and new customers while building and utilizing the relationships with customers and payers.
- Serves as main point of contact within the TMTT business for internal strategic matters related to business performance, new opportunities, portfolio expansion.
- Builds and manages strong, long-lasting relationships with HCPs and other key stakeholders in Israel to drive Pascal and Evoque positioning in the market utilizing long-term relationships with senior-level customers contacts and Edwards colleagues across functions to achieve success
- Develops and closes new business opportunities with existing customers and new customers, and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and leading the execution of both short- and long-term region plan
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in progressive sales and clinical roles - Must
- People Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Nurse or equivalent)
- Profound medical devices industry experience preferably in structural heart

- Understand BU direction, target and the competitive landscape of assigned area/s
- Applies sales experience to sales target achievement
