Position Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience):
- Foreign language secretary or equivalent commercial training or equivalent qualifications
- Background in natural sciences or in the field of clinical trials is an advantage
- Very good English and German skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems
- Team player
Key Responsibilities:
- Receipt and registration of sample material for clinical trials and reference testing
- Processing of data queries
- Monitoring and follow-up of workflows for samples within clinical trials and other respective projects
o Ordering of required tests in TALIMS-1
o Tracking of enrollment and consent information - Evaluation assistance
o Preparation and follow-up of evaluations
o Result documentation of pathological evaluations
o Plausibility checks and preparations for re-evaluations
o Organization of the stained slides before archiving - Result transmission
- Management of contact lists
- Database entries and updates
o Patient and sample data
o Results - Preparation of sample shipments
- Communication with the study teams and sites
- Co-operation with the Project Management and other departments within the Tissue Biomarker Services division
