What You’ll Do- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
- Treat a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more
- Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes
- Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
- Expertise: CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
- Experience: Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours
- Languages: Fluency in English and the local language
- Preferred: EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching
- Bonus: Openness to occasional onsite work

Skills Required
- Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
- Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches, such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT
- Minimum of 300 clinical hours completed after obtaining the master's degree
- Proficiency in English, Bengali, Assamese, and local language(s)
- Previous experience in EAP services, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
- Availability to conduct occasional onsite sessions when required
