Provide commercial legal support: draft, review and negotiate contracts; advise on corporate, financing and market-entry matters; ensure regulatory and privacy compliance; coordinate with external counsel and company secretary; lead fundraising legal negotiations; and train business teams on legal processes.

Part-time remote telehealth clinicians deliver one-on-one mental health care across four roles: psychiatrists providing assessments, prescriptions and ongoing treatment; crisis helpline responders offering immediate intervention; behavioral health coaches delivering 30-minute coaching for subclinical concerns; and clinical providers delivering 60-minute therapy for clinical diagnoses. Responsibilities include assessments, evidence-based interventions, documentation, reporting, and coordinating care per local regulations.
