- Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of PCS projects, ensuring alignment with clinical trial objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Developing detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, while monitoring progress to ensure successful project outcomes.

Your Profile:
You will have solid project and programme management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience in project management within the clinical research industry, specifically related to patient care solutions.
- Experience in Oncology and Vaccine experience is required.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals and timelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all project-related activities.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
- Must be amenable to work in an office-based setup in Makati (60% onsite).
