Role Overview
The Clinical Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives that transform clinical operations from a support function into a market differentiator. This role requires expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and clinical program execution to deliver insight-driven value, optimize workflows, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple clinical projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Agile Delivery
- Work within agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) within clinical teams.
- Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and adaptability in project execution.
- Data & Technology Integration
- Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to embed enhanced, automated and AI-driven workflows.
- Leverage actionable data for decision-making and performance optimization.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between clinical teams, commercial, marketing, D&A, med econ, finance, IT and commercial stakeholders.
- Manage communication plans and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Operational Excellence
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions for efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor KPIs related to health outcomes, customer experience, and operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).
- Agile Certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
- 5+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare project management.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a regulated environment.
