Recruits, staffs, orients, trains, disciplines, and evaluates personnel in accordance with personnel policy and employee relations laws.
Manages fiscal operations including budget development, cost management, revenue generation, accounts payable, and daily financial practices.
Reviews employee time and attendance; monitors staffing, turnover, overtime, and absenteeism.
Rounds with team members and patients to ensure patient experience standards are upheld.
Maintains safe and efficient center operations.
Manages center activities to meet all regulatory licensure and accrediting regulations and maintaining a Quality Assurance Program.
Investigates and responds to complaints, taking corrective action and involving appropriate parties as necessary.
Communicates with key corporate clients to monitor customer satisfaction, attends networking events, and identifies business opportunities.
Manages Accounts Receivable, updating staff on changes, monitoring claims, responding to correspondence, and ensuring timely report submissions.
Submits required reports, identifies needs and opportunities, makes recommendations for change, and implements problem-solving mechanisms.
Performs front desk duties, drug screens, and clinical support duties, ensuring smooth operation and reducing overtime expenses.
Manages additional service lines including eCare, Employer Care, Kid’s Urgent Care, and/or Primary Care.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Comprehensive knowledge of general nursing/medical assistant practices (RN/LPN/MA) [Required]
Comprehensive knowledge of general radiographic procedures (BMO/RT) [Required]
Working knowledge of POC lab testing [Required]
Strong critical-thinking skills [Required]
Ability to communicate in English in order to carry out job requirements [Required]
Proficiency in the performance of basic math functions [Required]

Pay Range:
$55,224.00 - $102,731.20Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
