About this opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual clinical plans and sales objectives by partnering with the sales team to visit customers who require intensive clinical support.
- Manage assigned accounts by developing clinical strategies, identifying obstacles to success, and providing expert guidance in case assessment, record taking, ClinCheck usage, troubleshooting, and treatment planning.
- Review the initial ClinChecks of newly trained doctors and provide coaching to enhance treatment quality and confidence.
- Prepare clinical materials and communication to dental professionals, ensuring timely and accurate responses to clinical inquiries.
- Provide regular reporting and feedback to the Clinical and Sales Managers, summarizing customer insights and field updates.
- Collaborate actively with sales and marketing teams to reflect live needs from the field and improve customer engagement.
- Provide product and clinical training to assigned accounts, sales, and marketing teams.
- Deliver appropriate field coaching, clinical workshops, and mentorship programs to improve Invisalign treatment adoption.
- Build strong ethical business relationships to increase product usage and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and clinical innovations to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Support and coordinate clinical marketing programs such as mentorship and smile programs.
- Support continuous professional education and localized clinical training courses for customers and internal teams.
- Train the customer(dentist) for the product and related information for using our products
- Develop training materials
- Manage various seminars and the symposium
- Perform customer consulting and handle trouble-shootings
- Support engagement activities with certified doctors to maximize case opportunities.
- Approach non-certified doctors to establish interest and initiate Invisalign certification.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with customers to support ongoing clinical excellence and business growth.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Education: Dental Hygienist, or Dental Technician background.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience and 1–2 years of corporate or professional training experience preferred.
- Strong orthodontic and digital workflow knowledge.
- Experience in training dentists or orthodontists is highly desirable.
- English: Proficient or excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
