We are seeking a talented individual to join the Stryker team as a Clinical Informaticist/Workflow Specialist. In this role, you’ll lead the deployment of Stryker’s Vocera communication solutions by designing customer-specific databases, optimizing clinical workflows, and delivering hands-on training and go-live support.
We would look at East Coast locations - someone Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne based - this role includes interstate travel (up to 75% at times) as it is a growing space. Please only consider this role if you are open to interstate travel.
You’ll collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care through technology, leveraging your clinical expertise to drive adoption and maximize product impact.

It enables instant voice and text communication via Smartbadges or mobile devices, helping care teams reduce alarm fatigue, prioritize urgent messages, and deliver timely information at the point of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement communication workflows tailored to clinical environments
Conduct workflow analysis and propose process improvements using clinical knowledge
Support clinical workflow design sessions (on-site or remote) by gathering data to inform new processes
Deliver training for Acute Care product users and support go-live activities
Follow defined deployment and education methodologies
Contribute to standardization of deployment processes and support new product rollouts
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful deployments
Represent and build the Stryker brand at meetings, site visits, trade shows, and industry events
Maintain open communication with cross-functional teams
Communicate potential project risks to team members and partners in a timely and clear manner
Proactively manage individual expenses and time tracking in the designated system
Complete required training and pursue personal development to stay aligned with evolving healthcare trends
Promote a team culture rooted in honesty, integrity, collaboration, equity, diversity, and inclusion
Preferred Qualifications:
Registered nurse or enrolled nurse qualifications
2+ years clinical experience, ideally in telemetry or critical care
Experience with clinical system implementations and workflow redesign
Background in clinical training and consultative roles, especially in travel settings
Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery
