Compensation
$115,000 – $130,000 total compensation (base + bonus)
Bonus tied to clinic performance and outcomes
This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants to move beyond case management and into a leadership position focused on mentoring clinicians, improving quality of care, and driving clinic success.
You will partner closely with leadership while maintaining clinical oversight and supporting a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for BCBA and RBT teams
Mentor and develop clinicians to improve performance and retention
Ensure ethical caseload management and high-quality service delivery
Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and case progression
Collaborate with families and caregivers
Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and BACB standards
Support clinic growth, quality initiatives, and team culture

Requirements
Required
Active BCBA certification
Eligible for Maryland licensure
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Preferred
4+ years of BCBA experience
Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
Experience supporting clinic or program growth
