Clinical Consultant (Healthcare Solutions)
As a clinical consultant you are responsible for leveraging in-depth expertise to address complex clinical needs and optimizing clinical processes through detailed workflow assessments. The role operates under limited supervision and applies independent judgment to drive project success and compliance. The role provides training on the full functionality and best practices of the organization’s solutions and participates in solution implementation to ensure alignment with clinical and operational requirements.
Your role:
Working alongside an internal Project Manager and Technical Consultant while supporting multiple customer deployments. Engaging with clinical sponsors, which may include clinical educators, nurse managers, department heads and executives.
Supporting pre/post deployment data collection to demonstrate effectiveness of clinical solutions. Effectively communicating project status, issues, and delays with internal teams. Guiding the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions.
Conducting workflow analysis and consult on workflow adaptation to ensure successful implementation of new functionality or solutions. Engaging customers on detail and nuance of chosen solutions to determine a design that meets technical needs and gives clinical value. Working with technical team members to translate design into customer build.
Through consultation, ensure proper testing of the system and obtain customer clinical stakeholder acceptance. In collaboration with the customer, establish a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer.
Gaining complete knowledge of relevant solutions per modality. Attending seminars and training sessions is necessary to maintain an appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure. Initiating innovations and advances to improve processes, procedures, documentation, and approaches to maximize position effectiveness.
The position is fully remote with up to 50% travel.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, clinical education and training, clinical practice, or a related field (individual contributor role); experience supporting sales or customer-facing initiatives is a plus
Your skills include extensive knowledge of hospital and clinical workflow, regulatory compliance, data analysis and interpretation, stakeholder management, training delivery, and technical presentations (bonus: experience with market research, requirements gathering, and technical documentation)
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine or Nursing an 5+ years of clinical experience as a registered nurse (RN).
Understanding of the software deployment life cycle
You’re a strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders, work independently with limited supervision, and adapt in a dynamic, customer-facing environment (travel may be required as needed)

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY is $90,000 to $143,000.
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $95,000 to $150,000.
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $101,000 to $160,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
