As Clinical Associate you would be an integral part of the study team whilst acquiring clinical and corporate knowledge of clinical trial conduct.
What you will do:
Provide operational support to study teams and clinical sites by coordinating and overseeing payment-related activities throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Responsibilities include tracking site payments, reviewing invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual payment terms, managing payment queries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent delays.
Maintain accurate payment records, monitor payment performance metrics, support financial reconciliation activities, and contribute to the successful closeout of studies by ensuring all investigator and site payments are processed, documented, and completed in accordance with applicable procedures and timelines.
You will need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in a scientific/medical discipline or equivalent experience.
An understanding of Pharmaceutical industry process with previous exposure to medical terminology and GCPs is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to accurately review, track, and maintain payment-related documentation and records.
Customer service mindset, with a proactive and collaborative approach to supporting sites and internal stakeholders.
You will possess good written and verbal communication in English
