As a Clinical Adjudication Project Lead at ICON, you will be responsible for leading and coordinate project activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Will Do:

  • Support and facilitate adjudication charter development – network cross-functionally within sponsor for approval.
  • Streamline and optimize adjudication workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop Protocol Training on Endpoints and Outcomes Adjudication.
  • Develop Manual on Endpoints (Adjudication Reference Guide for sites).
  • Oversee development of a project plan to drive acceleration of metrics (as needed).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the entire adjudication process.
  • Set clear milestones for adjudication and deliver routine metrics.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take proactive steps to achieve targets.
  • Lead weekly cross-functional meetings for adjudication process management. 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
  • A Clinical Project Manager with at least 5 years of industry experience
  • Proven experience in outcomes adjudication and patient enrollment within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
  • Strong background in managing the adjudication process with a preference for experience in late phase cardiovascular studies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement patient retention strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Proficient in trial management systems and MS Project (or equivalent PM software).
  • Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines/directives
