About the Role
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care. As the supervisor, the incumbent will be accountable for managing the nursing and healthcare assistant staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered work environment.This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations from administration to manpower arrangement
Support the clinic operations, including blood-taking, dispensing, ECG, report abnormal vital signs, treadmill, etc.
Work on procurement and maintain good level of clinic equipment and medical consumable goods
Provide guidance, training and support for all clinic staff within the clinic
Supervise and ensure all clinic staff are clinically competent to deliver clinical duties and monitor their performance
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records & documents
Providing excellent customer service to patients
Performing other administrative duties as assigned by Clinic Manager
Requirements:
Diploma or above with minimum 3 years of solid In-Charge experience in out-patient clinics
Holder of BLS certificate
License of health care assistant is a must
Experience in check-up services is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including outlook, words and excel
Fluent in Cantonese with good English skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Immediate available is highly preferred
Others:

Skills Required
- Diploma or above with minimum 3 years of in-charge experience in outpatient clinics
