Position Summary
We are seeking motivated Clinic Supervisor to oversee daily clinic operations and support a high-performing, patient-centered team at multiple clinic locations. This position provides leadership to front-office staff, coordinates clinic workflow, supports providers, and ensures efficient, accurate, and compliant operations.
The Clinic Supervisor will serve as a key resource for employees and will work closely with providers, Revenue Cycle, and other departments to promote excellent patient service and effective clinic operations.

- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop clinic staff while promoting a positive and accountable team environment.
- Oversee daily clinic workflow, staffing, scheduling, and front-office operations.
- Create employee schedules based on provider schedules, patient volume, staffing needs, and operational requirements.
- Monitor workflow and address issues that affect patient flow, wait times, productivity, or service.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to employees.
- Address employee performance concerns and assist with personnel matters in partnership with the Director of Clinics.
- Support patient registration, scheduling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, collections, authorizations, medical records, and EMR processes.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration between clinic staff, providers, Revenue Cycle, and other departments.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and support a high-quality patient experience.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment maintenance, and other clinic resources.
- Ensure policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed.
- Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support satellite locations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Required: High School Diploma or GED and Prior 4+ years of healthcare clinic/outpatient experience – non supervisorial and 0 to 2 years supervisorial experience.
