Provides acute care surgery consultations, emergency general surgery, operative care, and inpatient surgical management. The surgeon works within a two-surgeon team supported by emergency physicians, hospitalists, interventional radiology, and gastroenterology specialists. The role follows a flexible two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off schedule, with administrative, billing, credentialing, and onboarding support provided by SAMGI.

Provide comprehensive inpatient and emergency neurosurgical care at Altru Hospital, including evaluation and management of emergent cases, continuous 24-hour call coverage, and collaboration with emergency medicine, trauma, hospital leadership, and multidisciplinary teams. The role requires 183 shifts annually, with no administrative duties, and participation in an established regional neurosurgery program.

Provide acute adult urological care, perform surgeries and procedures with OR block time, collaborate with urologists and APPs across hospital and outpatient sites in the Quad Cities region, and maintain clinic and hospital responsibilities with a predictable schedule (14–16 working days/month).

Serve as Trauma Medical Director combining clinical practice in Trauma and Acute Care Surgery with physician leadership. Provide trauma patient care, respond to activations, perform emergency surgeries, lead quality improvement, maintain ACS and state Level III standards, chair trauma committees, liaison with hospital leadership, and support trauma program development and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to provide full-scope orthopedic care in a rural hospital. Responsibilities include elective and acute surgery, clinic, hospital and OR coverage, 24/7 ED ortho call, and building a community program within a two-surgeon model (approx. 183 days/year each).
