The Clinic RN Nurse is responsible for the direct and indirect nursing care of patients in the specific oncology department. The ability to retrieve, communicate or otherwise present information in a written, auditory or visual fashion is essential. The Clinic RN nurse is responsible for patient education, physical assessment, nutrition counseling and assisting physicians with exams and procedures.
Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM Friday

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
- Coursework/Training Upon hire, ALS will need to be obtained within orientation period and maintained on a quarterly basis thereafter.
- Coursework/Training Upon hire, ongoing oncology education; 12 cancer-related CE credits per year or OCN certification
- Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- 1 year Oncology experience.
