Clinical Supervisor, LCSW
A growing healthcare
organization is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor, LCSW to oversee
clinical operations and support behavioral health staff within an outpatient
setting. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient
care, maintaining clinical compliance standards, and providing ongoing
supervision and mentorship to clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and
guidance to social workers, therapists, and behavioral health staff
- Review assessments, treatment
plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation for quality and
compliance
- Support staff development through
coaching, training, and case consultation
- Assist with crisis intervention and
complex case management when needed
- Ensure adherence to ethical, legal,
and organizational standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams to coordinate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement
initiatives and program development
- Monitor productivity, workflow
efficiency, and clinical outcomes
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work
(MSW)
- Active LCSW license
- Supervisory experience in a
clinical or behavioral health setting preferred
- Strong leadership, communication,
and organizational skills
- Knowledge of behavioral health
regulations and documentation standards
- Ability to work effectively in a
multidisciplinary environment
