The Role

We are seeking a Clinical Trails Project Administrator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This position will be responsible for managing a variety of projects that include New Test Setup, Billing, Training, Daily Record Maintenance and assisting Lab Director with special projects as requested.

The schedule is Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development of work orders, plans, protocol designs.
  • Expedite accessioning, scheduling, problem-solving and follow-up of project activities.
  • Facilitate the collection, quality control and dissemination of data and results.
  • Participate in client team meetings, teleconferences and other project-related meetings.
  • Track and communicate project progress and revenue projections.
  • Facilitate the billing/invoice processes.
  • Assist with data review, analysis, QA and preparation of publications.
  • Participate in site and data monitoring and audit activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent school/work experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years related experience preferred
  • Previous life science industry experience highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, resource demands, and conflicts
  • Computer proficiency – MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. MS Project proficiency a plus
