Ecolab is seeking a Client Success Specialist I to join its EcoSure division, an industry leader in brand protection programs, to drive operational excellence and help our clients grow their business. What You Will Do:
- Present industry leading data driven business reviews geared towards client solutions and recommendations.
- Internal field specialist communication and problem solving, which includes customer program education, coaching and question clarification.
- Direct customer email and phone communication, which includes managing customer concerns, requests, and general program inquiries.
- Dynamic and innovative ad hoc report creation and execution.
- Data driven analyses and recommendations to help customers execute on objectives and drive a culture of brand protection and food safety awareness.
- Cross-functional relationship building with IT, program insights, finance, field, and corporate accounts.
- Collaborate with other divisions of Ecolab to support our customers.
- Initial set up and maintenance of customer programs through database set up and project management.
- Manage customer expectations and program components to be implemented by internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 6 plus years' experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center or professional business environment.
- Fluent English and French.
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide limited periodic support for field operations associates during nights and weekends, as business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with conflict resolution.
- Salesforce.com experience.
- At least 1 year of account management or B2B sales experience.
- A degree in Marketing / Business, Food Science, Mathematics / Statistics, or Hospitality preferred.
- Professional internship or demonstrated leadership experience.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to be productive in both team and self-supporting environments.
- Database experience and basic knowledge of statistics.
- Experience processing large amounts of technical data (manuals).
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to present to medium or large groups.
- Ability to learn unique and proprietary software.
- Ability and willingness to travel for business (minimally).
