• Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals requesting additional information.

• Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom.

• Guide qualified individuals using a structured communication process.

• Build professional relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.

• Utilize AI-supported technology and digital tools to manage workflow and client communication.
