We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Success & Partnerships Intern to support the operational and strategic activities of our Client Success team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a student or early professional eager to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management, business operations, and partnership development within a fast-paced technology environment.
You’ll work cross-functionally to help ensure our client success operations run smoothly — from maintaining internal systems and client data to supporting partnership initiatives, presentations, and research.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational & Administrative SupportAssist in managing client documentation, internal knowledge bases, and resource organization.
Update and maintain client data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Help organize and track email distribution lists and client communications.
Support Confluence page updates and internal information sharing.
Conduct research on clients, competitors, and market trends to identify expansion or partnership opportunities.
Summarize findings to support strategic account planning and performance insights.
Compile and maintain data for internal dashboards, success metrics, and client reports.
Assist with tracking partnership activities and engagement performance using tools such as Google Sheets, Salesforce, and Notion.
Identify opportunities to improve client success workflows and documentation practices.
Support the implementation of new processes or tools that enhance efficiency.
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment across client deliverables and communications.
Collaborate on client success campaigns and partnership initiatives.
Assist with the creation and refinement of presentation templates and client-facing materials.
Ensure all deliverables maintain brand consistency and visual quality.
Provide support for special initiatives, events, or campaigns as needed by the Client Success and Partnerships teams.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient or willing to learn tools like Salesforce, Confluence, Notion, and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute in a collaborative environment.
