Your ultimate area of responsibility will be to build new lines of business and ensure Actriv is adding value on the engagements we develop with our clients. You will embody the core values of Humility, Effort With Impact, Accountability, Respect, and Transparency.


ON ANY GIVEN DAY, YOU COULD BE DOING THESE THINGS


- Establish and maintain relationships with our clients to drive staffing support as the facility needs and technology adoption.

- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, social workers, administrators, directors of nursing, and sales and marketing representatives at nursing homes, rehab facilities, hospitals, public health agencies, and the Senior Living Communities in the respective market and surrounding areas.

- Develop strategies to drive facilities engagement, and coordinate with Staffing and Recruiting to ensure Actriv is delivering high value and excellent patient care.

- Increase community awareness of the Actriv brand through researching and participating in outside events, trade shows, professional groups, and local community involvement.

- Use personal and professional network, company contact lists, and other sources to support business development.

- Stay abreast of competitors, trends, market leading indicators, and legislative issues in the assigned territory.

- Leverage company’s CRM to document, monitor, analyze and manage activity against assigned quarterly targets.

- Learn about your community while selling benefits of using Actriv while matching your neighbors with the customized services that best fit their needs.

- Other scope of work as defined by management.


WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Knowledge


- Bachelors degree

- 3 years of experience in an account management or sales role.

- 2 years of experience in the post-acute Healthcare industry

- Capable and comfortable with technology and apps, including training users effectively

- Strong vendor management and maximum CRM utilization

- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills

- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information

- Extreme proficiency in MS Office tools, including Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Team

- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

- Experienced with and driven to achieve KPI’s

- Ability to safely lift a maximum of 20 pounds
