Your Career Opportunity
In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Team Leader in Client Success Management on full-time hours and working from home remotely.
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll have a direct impact on client satisfaction, program success, and long-term retention. Collaborating closely with Learner Success Management, Account Managers, and Trainer Management, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring high-quality program setup and seamless training delivery. You will:
- Own the client relationship end-to-end, acting as the main point of contact throughout the program lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to renewal, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Lead program setup and coordination, including inputting client and learner data into internal systems (e.g., Dynamics, Learnlight platform), creating platform contracts, and liaising with internal teams (LSM, TSM, Finance, Sales) for a smooth program launch.
- Deliver client onboarding, training, and support, providing product guidance, handling escalations, and ensuring all client needs (reporting, communication, objectives) are clearly defined and met.
- Monitor and analyze program performance, tracking KPIs such as attendance, completion rates, satisfaction, and engagement, and using this data to make informed recommendations or improvements.
- Manage accurate documentation and reporting, including subsidy paperwork, signature sheets, billing support, and ensuring platform rates and contract conditions are correctly maintained.
- Drive program renewals and identify growth opportunities, supporting Sales with renewals, tracking revenue, and spotting upsell, or cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and feedback.
What You'll Offer
- Advanced Spanish and at least B2-level English, enabling you to communicate confidently with both clients and internal teams across regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A client-first mindset, with the ability to adapt to different client needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with the autonomy and agility to navigate internal tools and systems such as Dynamics and the Learnlight Platform.
- Accuracy and reliability in handling invoices and billing support, collaborating with Finance to ensure smooth, on-time operations.
