Generates and qualifies leads through outbound and inbound outreach, conducts discovery calls, books qualified meetings, nurtures prospects, and maintains CRM records. Collaborates with Sales leadership to define target accounts and prospecting strategies while developing commercial skills and gradually managing a small pipeline toward a full-cycle business development role.

Own the revenue systems and CRM environment, including business logic, configuration, data governance, process design, and technology roadmap optimization. Translate commercial needs into system requirements, manage revenue data quality, and partner with Growth, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and technical teams to improve adoption, efficiency, and consistency across the revenue lifecycle.
