- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Integration & Implementation Consultants and Technical Graduates, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
- Create a positive and engaging team environment through meaningful coaching, recognition, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and business partners, serving as a trusted leader and advocate for both clients and your team.
- Support your team in delivering successful client onboarding, implementation, and integration projects across a range of digital solutions.
- Manage team capacity, priorities, and performance to ensure business objectives and client commitments are achieved.
- Act as an escalation point for client, operational, and team-related challenges, helping to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Technology teams to share client feedback, influence priorities, and drive service improvements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance the client experience, team effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Use performance metrics and reporting to identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and working effectively across multiple business functions.
