Summary:

Teachstone is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager (CSM) who recognizes that our business growth is deeply linked to our clients' success. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about fostering high-value client relationships but also adept at identifying and driving expansion opportunities. You will play a crucial role in aligning Teachstone’s solutions with client needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and optimizing account growth. As a key member of the Teachstone team, you will manage client satisfaction, retention, and success while actively contributing to our sales efforts. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive Client Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase client adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to align Teachstone solutions with their unique goals and identifying avenues for expanding our services within their organization.
  • Advocate and Feedback Loop: Serve as the internal advocate for clients by collecting feedback and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our offerings and address client needs.
  • Onboarding and Implementation: Support the onboarding and implementation process for Teachstone services, ensuring a seamless experience that sets the stage for future growth.
  • Contract Logistics: Manage the logistics of contract delivery and renewal, ensuring all client agreements are executed efficiently.
  • Client Health Management: Monitor client health metrics, identify potential risks, and proactively develop solutions to mitigate these risks, aiming to secure long-term client relationships.
  • Sales Tracking: Manage and track sales opportunities, support invoicing, and monitor product and service utilization for assigned clients using Salesforce.
  • Proactive Communication: Engage in regular, proactive communication with clients to ensure they are receiving maximum value and are satisfied with our services.
  • Reporting and Optimization: Create and present detailed client reports, showcasing successes and providing actionable recommendations for further optimization.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Teachstone’s product and service solutions to effectively communicate value.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to drive overall team success, contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Client Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging presentations and webinars to clients, showcasing new features and opportunities for further engagement.
  • Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations as needed to highlight the value and benefits of Teachstone solutions.
  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Education: Education degree or equivalent
  • Experience: Three to five years in a client success, service delivery, project management, or consultancy role with a strong sales orientation.
  • Military Knowledge: Understanding of military structures and processes.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage complex client relationships, build trust, and drive client success and growth.
  • Educational Knowledge: Understanding of educational structures and best practices in child and teacher development.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive and effective client interactions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25%.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Drive Suite).
  • Product Familiarity: Knowledge of the Classroom Assessment Scoring System and other Teachstone products is a plus.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.

  • Fair, Competitive Pay:  We ensure equal pay for equal work, using consistent salary bands based on market benchmarks, reviewed annually. Prior salaries, negotiation skills, or fear of conflict don’t influence your pay.
  • Salary Range:  $68,000 - 72,000 + variable commission, determined by your experience, skills and internal equity.
