As a Client Operations Lead, you will engage directly with clients, utilizing your agency experience and media expertise to drive operational efficiency. This role emphasizes project management, process improvement, and innovative problem-solving. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining team productivity and ensuring clients receive high-quality work. By understanding client needs, you will support media teams in delivering timely and consistent media plans. Additionally, you will implement solutions that enhance team performance and drive successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular client interaction, ensuring business needs are met and client satisfaction is prioritized.
- Manage multiple account projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Track progress against performance goals, reporting to day-to-day clients and decision-makers.
- Identify and address obstacles that affect team performance and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain templates and infrastructure to support consistent media planning and execution.
- Participate in client meetings with a focus on day-to-day contact management.
- Challenge existing processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Implement workflows that streamline operations and improve team effectiveness.
- Ensure the team and client have the necessary dashboards to analyze data effectively.
- Drive the adoption of new workflows and processes across the team.
- Collaborate across the PMG account and with other operations teams to share best practices.
- Apply media knowledge to support project planning and execution.
- Establish a consistent launch preparation process, covering creative fulfillment, media adjustments, and taxonomy.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with retail apparel clients.
- Agency experience with a proven track record of problem-solving.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Solid analytical experience with thought leadership in media.
- Experience managing budgets, estimates, POs, and billing from a cross-channel strategy perspective.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable and Asana is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote for client reporting and presentations.
