Summary of Position

This is your chance to take the lead, bringing innovation and vision to new strategic partnerships and/or enterprise clients. This is a high-impact, high-profile role, in which you’ll leverage both creativity and keen business acumen to standardize processes and share expertise, for the benefit of the entire Client Implementation team. Your focus will be on prioritizing tasks and projects and identifying & resolving problems in the client implementation lifecycle. You will work closely with multiple functions and teams across the organization to drive real impact. You’ll function as a trusted advisor as you implement all products, programs or services and drive onboarding. The work will be fast paced, can be ambiguous and spread across multiple projects and client implementations simultaneously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day activities required to ensure implementation projects are completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the client's contract.
  • Own and/or support key projects end to end, including discovery, analysis, solution planning and delivery with executive read outs and reporting throughout lifecycle of project.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts confidently to non-technical audiences; familiarity with medical and healthcare terminology
  • Lead and support projects that aim to improve the implementation lifecycle to achieve scalability and automation
  • Use organization wide and departmental KPIs to drive prioritization and decision-making
  • Mentor and coach new or less-experienced team members to facilitate successful achievement of team goals
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, both externally and within Teladoc Health
  • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, assisting team to deliver launches on time
  • Project manage new product operational readiness cross departmentally, implementing best practices for pilot clients, and/or associated go to market initiatives
  • Create and manage customer specific materials and implementation artifacts
  • Collaboratively drive enrollment revenue within the client population (employees, plan members, etc.) with support from our Enrollment Marketing and Health Services teams
  • Support Go-to-market / pilots / Sales RFP process
  • Travel occasionally for business

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • 4-5+ years of professional experience and/or direct project management experience
  • 3+ years of client facing experience
  • Experience with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or health systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated finesse communicating with both upper management and less-experienced team members
  • The ability to work nimbly across multiple projects and balance competing priorities cross-functionally
  • A metrics-driven approach, with the ability to set and track individual project metrics that are linked to company and team goal
  • The ability to identify needs, jump in, and work independently but also be a team player and support larger team initiatives as needed
  • Keen attention to detail / Strong technical acumen · An inventive, think-on-your-feet approach, with masterful problem-solving skills, in order to understand and respond to new and diverse client and project needs
  • Experience working with all levels within a client organization; from the strategic to the tactical
  • Experience leading meetings and presentations
  • Official PMP Certification is a plus
  • Multi-lingual is a plus (proficient in English)
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or relevant experience

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
