What you'll do:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute effective advertising strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging various digital platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, creative, and technical departments, to deliver seamless campaign execution.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table to enhance client success.
What you need for this role:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Advertising Account Management: creating, maintaining, and proactively enhancing customer relationships
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or similar
- Strong expertise and passion for online advertising, analytics, and social media
- Outstanding knowledge of emerging trends, markets, and business opportunities
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a drive to go above and beyond
- Highly detail-oriented and able to take ownership in successfully managing and executing multiple cross-functional projects
- Structured, analytical thinker with a focus on problem-solving
- Excellent Excel skills with a data-driven mindset
- Strong communication, time management, and organization skills
- Ability to efficiently communicate internally and externally, with good communication skills in English
