What you'll do:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian-speaking clients, understanding their marketing objectives and ensuring campaign success.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute paid-social strategies across platforms, leveraging your understanding of traffic acquisition and campaign optimization.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—sales, creative, and technical—to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.

What you need for this role:
- 1–3 years of experience in client solutions, account management, sales, business development, or media buying.
- Hands-on experience with paid-social platforms (preferably TikTok, but Meta, Snap, X, or Reddit are also acceptable).
- Understanding of effective traffic acquisition and campaign optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills in Russian and English, both internally and externally.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 32,000.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
