- Masters or MBA, desirable but not required

- 8-12 years as a Program Director or client-facing Consultant at the Manager or Sr. Manager level

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $155,000 to $190,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Position Overview
World Wide Technology's Automation Practice is seeking a Client Solutions Director to play a vital role in the incubation and evolution of new automation capabilities within strategic programs for our clients. This person will focus on growth of new automation offerings through leading successful client engagements. In addition incubation of new capabilities, this candidate will coordinate with our clients, internal development teams, engineers, technologists, project managers, engagement managers, delivery leads, business analysts and end-users to strategize and execute best-in-class solutions for our clients. A successful candidate will ensure our teams deliver customer first service of compelling new automation offerings, help identify areas of refinement of capabilities and deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Initial incubation, execution and adoption of new capabilities on client engagements
- Successfully lead client automation engagements leveraging newly developed high-impact capabilities
- Bring together project delivery resources and internal development teams for successful adoption and refinement of capabilities
- Refine delivery frameworks for newly created offerings that drive scale, consistency and successful client outcomes
Partner with internal delivery organization(s) to deliver successful engagements that create value for both the clients and WWT, with meaningful business outcomes
- Drive client automation engagements involving newly developed capabilities across WWT teams that may have a stake in the project
- Partner with WWT SC&E counterparts to bring the most value in helping to achieve customer goals
- Coordinate with a geographically dispersed work force.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Engagement Managers, External Consultants, Vendors and other WWT SME’s on reporting, delivery updates etc.
Drive new offering growth and on-going customer satisfaction
- Support strategic clients globally where WWT can focus on adding value and trust to our most valuable clients
- Actively engaged in growth opportunities within client engagements and target verticals
- Advise client, delivery team and internal development teams in meeting objectives and overcoming challenges tied to projects
Lead and coach WWT teams to ensure key client deliverables are exceeding client expectations and delivery commitments
