The Client Services Supervisor works with all members of the Client Services team, as well as with internal RMP departments and external clients. This position requires at least two and a half years of Client Services experience, proven ability to carry a heavy workload, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and satisfy all client requests.

This individual would also be capable of directing daily team resources to ensure task completion and understand resource reallocation needs when outages occur. Additional responsibilities would include training new employees, refining processes and recommending process enhancements.
The Client Services Supervisor must be self-directed and capable of taking initiative with the following:
- Accurately process all internal and Client transaction, account update and placement files in a timely fashion
- Proficiently take inbound calls and translate Client and internal requests into system updates with the highest level of accuracy
- Perform month end remit process and deliver invoices, reports, checks and interface with Accounting to insure ACH funds are sent when requested
- Effectively manage client relationships
- Assist with the development of tools that contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the entire Client Services team.
- Document and maintain procedures for all tasks.
- Support the Client Services team to ensure that The Company is meeting deadlines and deliverables
- Provide summary communications to the Manager of Client Services.
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings and conference calls between The Company and external clients.
- Coordinate, validate, and deliver Client special projects and reporting. (example: Reconciliation of Inventory & Client Audits)
- Identify, document, submit and test programming tickets for needed client changes and development.
- Provide cross training to other client service team members
- Support the Client Services team to ensure that The Company is meeting deadlines and deliverables
- Maintain client reporting schedule and month-end processing.
Qualifications:
- Superior mathematical skills that include advanced accounting skills (i.e. Invoicing and processing of statements).
- Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.…)
- Superior knowledge of client systems and various secure file transfer systems and processes.
- Ability to adjust to changing client priorities.
- Ability to recognize the need for, and maintain levels of, confidentiality as needed in leadership functions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills; must be able to efficiently manage a variety of projects and customer needs simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have flexibility in scheduling as evenings and weekends will be required. Schedule may be dictated by client needs and deadlines.
