What We Need 

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Services Officer on a permanent basis within our Alpha Group division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is based in our London office. In this role, you will support the delivery of exceptional client service across a portfolio of global accounts, managing client onboarding, account maintenance, payment-related activities, and operational processes while ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance. You will report directly to the Client Services Manager and regularly collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Operations, Front Office teams, Banking Partners, and external clients.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Supporting clients throughout the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing account management.
  • Managing client service requests and delivering a high-touch service experience across a global client portfolio.
  • Processing client reviews and ensuring Service Level Agreements are consistently achieved.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and clients.
  • Collaborating with Front Office teams before and after sale to support client retention and satisfaction.
  • Investigating and resolving client and internal queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve client servicing and operational efficiencies.
  • Participating in business and operational projects while ensuring requirements are fully understood and delivered.
  • Monitoring adherence to departmental processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting KYC and AML-related activities and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Delivering work accurately and efficiently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a client-facing, client services, operations, onboarding, or KYC-related role.
  • Knowledge of KYC and AML documentation requirements.
  • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
  • Effective time management and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to analyse problems, think strategically, and take a holistic approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.
  • Experience within financial services, payments, FX, fintech, or alternative investments would be advantageous.
